Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on manual medical manipulation technique, designed around the flow of cerebral spinal fluid that surrounds your brain and spinal cord. This subtle, yet profound healing approach, allows deep self-healing to occur; thru balancing the autonomic nervous system, via the bones of the skull, hips, shoulders and spine. Excellent for pain management, trauma recovery, injury/surgery recovery, emotional balancing, headaches, sciatica, low back/neck pain, and a wide variety of medical conditions.
Myofascial Release is a manual medical manipulation technique designed around the bodies fascia or connective tissue layer. Sometimes very gentle, sometimes heavy handed, always very effective; this full body stretching approach is designed to maximize movement and minimize pain. Excellent for stiff, restricted areas of the body; connective tissue disorders such as fibromyalgia/lupus and others; scar tissue/inflammation reduction; and improving athletic performance.
Lymphatic massage is a full body manual lymph drainage approach, designed to increase especially lymphatic fluid flow throughout the body. Using gentle compressions, limb mobilizations and lymphatic feathering, this technique is excellent for any swelling conditions, injury/surgery recovery, boosting immune response, and producing a calm and revitalized feeling.
